Relax in one of five luxury luxurious cottages (VisitEngland 4* and 5* all with Gold Awards) in the grounds of this historic watermill. While staying here guests have free access to our facilities including:

Each cottage has its own garden and there are seven acres of spectacular grounds to enjoy. Whisky & Soda, our two pygmy goats were featured in Country Life Magazine and enjoy meeting visitors. Sept 2025 newsflash: Delighted to have been awarded the Prestigious ‘ROSE award’ from VisitEngland for North Meadow Cottage. Only 100 awarded each year across the entire accommodation sector (including hotels, B&B etc).

 

These five cottages, in the beautiful Waveney valley, on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, are a great base from which to explore all that Norfolk and Suffolk has to offer – whether it be music in Snape and Aldeburgh, Southwold, the hundreds of seals at Horsey or the inland sights in places like Norwich or Thetford forest.
